Bought some new fabric today---that always makes a girl feel good, 3 projects in the works and a quilt retreat next week---life couldn't get better. pb
This was a Guild project, we started with the center block, the were told to do a boarder with half square triangels, the next boarder was to be rectangles the last boarder was what ever we chose. we could embelish as we wished, this project just kept growing and was tremendous fun and creative---got us all out of the box we were in and branched out---we all are better for this project thanks to Carol our instructer. pb
The middle block---my home the School---attended as a child the barn--my husband i owned a farm and i grew up on a farm, pink house---we had a pink house when i was a child the quilt shop is because i love to quilt, the tree sort of balanced the quilt, the sun rises over my world with a rainbow around it also. that's my story and I'm sticking to it--smiles--pb
